  It doesn't matter if you go in or drive thru, it doesn't matter if there are 10 employees or 2, they are slow and rude. You will be here for 30 minutes. So slow.

  I always have a quick in and out experience. All of my questions answered and problems solved. I like the self service ATM as well.

  As previous reviews suggested, fire the manager and find a replacement that knows where their paycheck comes from. Branch manager runs this branch like her own personal piggy bank. She refused to allow me access to my own money. When I told her they needed to replace her she banned me from that particular branch and also froze my account. Computer techs with Chase can't even figure out what she did to my account and are unable to release the funds. Watch your back with this lady she will black ball your ass probably so she can have personal access to your funds.

  Very poor service. The representatives are incompetent narrow minded robots. Yes, they are nice and polite but when it comes to business they are not the best choice for dealing with. Would not suggest that branch to anyone.
